HIRE OUR EVENT SPACE

Price

Our new look event space Dec 2023

CAPACITY  

  • 80 banqueting (subject to dance floor requirements)

  • 80 theatre

  • 60 classroom

  • 150 standing reception

RATES 

Evening Hire £200 per hour  -  Weddings from £75.00 per person inc. VAT

Evening Hire example 7pm - 12am £1200 includes two bar staff, extra staff £14.00 per hour

 

  1. Door security is required for all events over 100 guests £80.00 fee

  2. Our rates in include two bar staff 7pm until close 

Evening set up hire from 4pm £50 per hour

Day Hire from 8:30am - 4pm £100 per hour (min 3 hours) Tues-Thurs

Day Hire from 8:30am - 6pm £100 per hour (min 3 hours) Fri&Sat

OTHER RATES: 

  1. Weddings (all-inclusive) from £65.00 exc VAT

  2. Corporate Rate DDR rate from £42.00 exc VAT per delegate Min 10  

  3. Team Building Hire rates on request

  4. Charity Event  25% reduction

CATERING 

Price on request for grazing tables, or you can bring your own caterers (surcharge applies) for food but are responsible for clearing and all waste removal. We do not have any kitchen facilities for external catering.

NOTES 

Please read carefully. The rates quoted are starting prices, as every event is different.  For example a party might just need the hall and disco and no linen or table decoration. A wedding will need set up time, catering, decorations, dancefloors and disco etc.

We do not remove the existing furniture, such as sofas etc. we can adjust the room for the style of event, banqueting or reception etc. A surcharge applies to remove and store furniture.

The  Event Hall space, all existing furniture and props

  • Five sofas

  • Set up and cleaning 

  • Retro designer Flototto dining chairs Max 50 

  • 10 x square tables (equivalent trestle style tables on request)

  • 1 x French feasting table or as a buffet table

  • WIFI access point
